SNK ADVANTAGE+ REWARDS PROGRAM

1. INTRODUCTION

SNK Petroleum Wholesalers, Inc. ("SNK," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the SNK Advantage+ Rewards Program and mobile application (collectively, the "Program"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information in connection with the Program.

By enrolling in the Program or using the SNK Advantage+ App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not enroll in or continue to use the Program.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following categories of personal information when you enroll in or use the Program:

Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and account credentials used to register for the Program.
Transaction Data: Fuel purchase history, reward earning and redemption records, transaction amounts, and promotional offers applied to your account.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, mobile device identifiers, app usage logs, and precise or approximate location data collected with your permission.
Communications: Records of SMS messages, push notifications, in-app messages, and customer service interactions.
Voluntary Submissions: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting customer support or participating in surveys or promotions.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address below.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To create, maintain, and administer your SNK Advantage+ account.
To process fuel purchase transactions and apply eligible rewards, discounts, and promotions.
To send account notices, enrollment confirmations, transaction records, and program updates.
To deliver promotional offers and marketing communications, subject to your communication preferences.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, or unauthorized use of the Program.
To improve the Program, App functionality, and our products and services.
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in to SMS notifications through the Program or at a participating fuel pump or pinpad terminal, the following terms apply:

You will receive up to 2 messages per enrollment event, including an enrollment confirmation and, where applicable, a welcome message upon successful enrollment.
If you separately opt in to ongoing marketing or promotional SMS, message frequency will vary based on your account activity and available promotions.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for questions about your plan.
To Opt Out of SMS:

Reply STOP to any SMS message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, sign up again as you did originally.

5. SHARING OF INFORMATION

SNK does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: PDI Technologies, Inc. and other third-party vendors who provide data storage, analytics, payment processing, fraud detection, and loyalty program administration services on our behalf. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and may use it only as directed by SNK.
Participating Locations: SNK-branded retail locations and licensed wholesale operators, to the extent necessary to process and verify your reward transactions.
Legal & Regulatory: Law enforcement agencies, regulators, or courts when required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SNK, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of SNK’s assets, provided that such entity assumes obligations under this Privacy Policy.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, as needed to:

Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory retention requirements.
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after account deletion.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The SNK Advantage+ App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that SNK does not own or control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third- party services you access.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the App or by email.

Your continued participation in the Program following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
